Man Alive!   Objective : Students will learn that their brokenness is reflective of sin and choose to follow God’s plan for fixing that brokenness through a relationship with Jesus. Lesson Summary : Tonight, we began a series called “Man Alive.” The series focuses on the brokenness of all human beings. At the beginning of the lesson, our expression was directed toward the brokenness of the world. “Man alive, is our world messed up.” Through the lesson, we discovered that our world was not originally messed up, in fact, it was good. Key Scripture: Genesis 1:26-27 Key Thought : What happens if you’re right? Lesson Summary : Tonight’s lesson was the fourth in a four-part series called “What? A Conversation About Worldviews, Creation, Evolution, Darwin, Consequences, Facts, Faith, Science, Semantics, Finches, Fossils, Microscopes, and Mousetraps.” In this lesson, students learned that worldviews affect behavior and have consequences in the real world. This lesson explored the consequences of believing the Christian worldview versus the worldview of Darwinian evolution.
